Washington Named Florida Red Wolves Head Coach
Charlie Washington IV has officially been hired as the head coach of the Florida Red Wolves. The Florida Red Wolves are a new expansion team of the RPFL, a professional football league that provides adult football players an opportunity to gain more experience while attaining great quality game film that can be used to market them to the NFL and CFL.
Coach Washington is married to Michal and they have two children Kaevon Washington and Elijah Washington. In 2014 Coach Washington obtained his associates degree in Sports Medicine from Keiser University and recently graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management and Exercise Science from The California University of Pennsylvania.
Coach Washington brings 13 years of playing experience and 4 years of coaching experience to the RPFL. Coach Washington was most recently the Head Coach of the Flagler Knights Adult Football organization which competed in the United Football Federation of America. Coach Washington also worked for Elite Sports Management Group as an independent scout where he evaluated athletes, assisted with marketing, Sales and helped athletes maintain compliance with NCAA clearing house rules and regulations. The RPFL is extremely glad to have Head Coach Charlie Washington lead the Florida Red Wolves into their inaugural season.
The Florida Red Wolves joined the Rivals Professional Football League as an expansion team in 2017. Ted Hendricks Stadium will be the official home and training facility of the Florida Red Wolves. Ted Hendricks Stadium is a popular local venue with seating for 10,000 spectators. The Florida Red Wolves are currently owned by RPFL CEO Quentin Hines.
